DetailsThis one-of-a-kind wall clock was up-cycled from the original Ray Charles Crying Time record album, released in 1966. This R&B/soul/country album was the result of his recovery from heroin use for nearly 20 years. It was in October 1965 that he began recording, now clean, at his own R.P.M. Studios in LA. The stress and pressure of his celebrity life and the physical and emotional shock of suddenly casting aside his needle-crutch had put Ray in deeply pensive, reflective mood. Crying Time reflects a remarkable talent at a remarkable time. Some say this was the best album of his career. So if you are amongst the Ray Charles fan club, you are going to love having this vintage clock hanging on your wall 24/7!

How to set your clock
Clocks utilize Quartz clock movements & run on 1-AA battery. Insert battery gently, one end first, then the other.
TO SET: Use knob on clock mechanism to rotate hands until set to current time. Second hand will begin rotating as soon as you insert the battery.
